I do think Delphine has some dubious motivations but despite that it's still not a bad idea to do something about the guy who helped nearly wiped your people off the planet and then hid out for thousands of years biding his time for when his boss could truly be usurped

Also imma be real I do not think parthurnax is that great. I don't think the blades are 100% right for wanting him dead but I don't think they're wrong for it either. They guy was alduin's right hand man for a long time, and once alduin is defeated he boasts to the dragons of his demise
