It's fun seeing the growth of #kpop in the west. I was a fan of Jinusean, 1TYM, DJ DOC, HOT, god in the 00s, and now I see kids with BTS shirts and Black Pink phone trinkets. A toast to Bi, Big Bang, etc for leading the Hallyu wave, and people like Yang Hyun-suk + Bang Si-hyuk's for the leadership

It feels like every word in the dictionary is now a TLD. Where having a domain name used to feel special, now it feels like you can pick anything from a discount bin. There's no way I'm giving my financial info to a .bank site. And .loan and .loans both exist, and are owned by 2 different orgs. 🫠

I love the JavaScript community for the sheer fact we have fun library names: * Mustache * Party / Confetti * Why Did You Render * Thaw Carrot * Beep Boop Meanwhile, Java has libraries named after sleeping and minerals.

It’s fascinating to see the exodus of people from TikTok to RedNote (aka 小红书, aka Little Red Book) Honestly, #RedNote is a lot nicer than #TikTok, let alone #Facebook or #Twitter. If this pans out, it’ll be interesting to see Gen Z + Alpha using random Mandarin phrases ten years from now

If you're new to following me, I'd love to share my book that I published in March: framework.guide It teaches React, Angular, and Vue for free! No email signups, no account needed, nothing. I want to help get others into tech and this is part of that process. 💖 Feedback welcomed! 💡

framework.guideThe Framework Field GuideA practical and free way to teach Angular, React, and Vue all at once, so you can choose the right tool for the job and learn the underlying concepts in depth.

Honestly… Nobody cares if your startup uses AI. “Does this product make my life easier?” is the question that needs to be answered. Unless you’re specifically an AI company, seeing “AI” used as a buzzword cheapens your reputation. Every company at this point implements some form of AI.

Has anyone bought and recommend #Tailwind UI? After using shadcn with #react, I've grown comfortable with it, but I also 1. Love Tailwind #CSS and 2. wouldn't mind supporting a group of people who make cool stuff. Alternatively, I've seen people recommending NextUI, but seems it's a bit too heavy?

You are up to date.
