Offensive penalties should always result in a loss of down. The last time UCF went to overtime in the Bounce House their opponents tried to benefit off offensive penalties too. (Didn't work out)

Pereira explained that well. The helmet ended the play. That meant they had to go to the runoff. Without the runoff the play was over anyway.

Being a video game writer has to be hell. >write asshole character called "Jimmy the Asshole" >be bombarded with complaints that Jimmy's an asshole >legions of tumblrites that inexplicably want to fuck him >republicans unironically admire him >800,000 downloads for BIG TITTY ANIME JIMMY on Nexus

If Indie Sleaze is the Millennial version of Hippies then Taylor Swift is the Bubblegum Pop that ruled the charts.

Remembering Taylor Swift's stint as a precocious pop-country teen and not "a benignly oppressive cultural force" really does feel like looking back on a different world. @tombreihan.bsky.social is right: "It's hard not to find it all a little bittersweet."

They killed the studio that gave me some of the most beautiful moments in sci-fi video games: Knights of the Old Republic and the Mass Effect series. I can't thank those who worked on these games over the years enough.

The hard-R is coming sooner than later. The only question is whether it's verbal or in a social media post.

The White House official accounts are posting Down Syndrome slurs to attack journalists. These people are disgusting and morally depraved.

This along with everything else Trump and the GOP and Bad Faith Justices have been doing is exactly why impeachment has no specific actions tied to it. These are all high crimes or misdemeanors.

Recasting love and care as empathy also takes a transformational force —radical love— and makes it weak, lame, individual folly. Great movements came from radical love.

In March a friend argued that Nvidia would never see a dive in demand because they had orders for processors years in advance and the need for processors would never go down.

Business Insider confirms it: Amazon has warehouses of GPUs that can’t be installed, and is buying them so far in advance that a supply chain team said they “didn’t have a clear forecasted path” to installing them. www.businessinsider.com/amazon-220-b...

This has been going around to advice columns for the past decade. The advice columnists showed more journalistic integrity since they usually challenged the premise that "there was no reason" and advise self-reflection and actual communication if possible.

Kelly & Lincoln are truly hard to appreciate unless you've driven them. People were going 45+ during a rain storm and not even trying to avoid massive puddles deep enough to hide suspensions ruining holes. Just so so so so dumb. Even on top of the speeding.

🚗 Philautobahn “Nobody goes the speed limit here. It’s a suggestion limit,” writes Inquirer columnist Stephanie Farr. “And you know what Philadelphians don’t take kindly to? Suggestions and limits.”
