Life has been really hard the last month or two but hoodie weather is here and I'm having a nice walk and listening to some nice music and I'm just going to soak this in for a minute.

Everyone loves inline skating, right? I mean I liked Aggressive Inline quite a bit. There's a new inline skating game out, it's called Rollout Inline, and it's pretty neat so far! youtu.be/qRo4khgWBck

Our house was hit by the floods in Indianapolis. The water went over our mailbox if that gives you an idea of how high it was. About 2 ft up the wall inside. Absolutely devastating and it's far from over but we have somewhere to stay for now and the ball is rolling on getting the house repaired.

Introduce yourself as what almost killed you. Wet grass

It seems like all I've seen online about the new Domi and JD Beck album is about the mixing/recording and how people don't like all the singing. I fucking love it. I don't get it. Still pissed my vinyl preorder hasn't shipped and we are nearly two weeks after release but that's another story.

Driving into work I was welcomed by an ominous dark sky ahead of me. Last night I had dreams of end of days and otherworldly happenings. I found myself content driving into the abyss. Maybe due to the similar feelings of my dreams. Maybe due to the tiresome slog of modern life. kthnxbyeee

Volume Warning! The audio is all messed up.

Finally rolled credits on that mtg Dreamcast game. You had to beat the final boss three matches in a row. Absolutely brutal. Took a while to find a deck combination to beat. It. Took 50+ attempts. Can't imagine that many people in the world have beaten that game. So that's fun.

Shenmue on a stunning 2.2" screen Just as Yu Suzuki surely intended

My knee is finally strong enough to do this trick again. Still hurts but not agonizing like it was a year ago or so. #rollerblading #themskates

Playing a magic the gathering game on my dreamcast with a ps5 controller in the year 2026. What a time to be alive.

This has been playing in my subconscious all week. Lately I've been dealing with the monotony of work pretty well but this week it's been hell. And just making me think about how I ended up here.

Sub 5!!

Just found out someone made an English patch for the magic game on Dreamcast. Streamed it a little bit tonight. Super fun. Pretty tedious but pretty awesome. www.twitch.tv/stormcrow56k...

I've always wanted to make a zine. Starting the process of creating one now. Likely just a one-off but who knows. No clear direction or style currently but I am looking for contributors. Let me know if interested. Looking for things like art, photography, stories, interviews, poetry, etc

Watched backrooms last night and I friggin loved it. Not sure why it got such mid reviews. Super weird and terrifying. Sure, the ending kind of puttered out but I was ok with it.

It's Christmas Eve. Tomorrow I leave to go spend four nights with my speed homies near lake Michigan. You cannot understand the excitement that comes with this every year. #skunkyfest

I would totally watch Alfie live in concert.

I enjoyed The Odyssey (2026) but I have one historical nitpick. The phrase “Jiminy Christmas” is a minced oath for “Jesus Christ”. As the story is set around 1200 B.C. it is unlikely that Odysseus would have said the phrase even once, let alone the dozens of times he says it in the film

Thadeus bananas

Been practicing and prepping for the last couple of weeks for my first ever DJ set at Skunky Fest 2026. Short and sweet. Lo-Fi House. Nothing crazy but I just want it to go smoothly. It's been really fun learning the software/hardware and this might actually turn into a hobby.
