KAMALA NATION@kamalanation.bsky.social

Hey California! 85℅ of you have NOT returned your ballots!!! WTF. Yes we're a blue state that most of our elected candidates at the House and Senate race may not change much of the outcome nationally BUT we have propositions that could affect future laws in the country. Don't be complacent. VOTE!

WHOA, TEXAS‼️ More than 5 MILLION Texans have already voted early. Now we don’t know whether these are Democrats or Republicans but we do know this is some major voter enthusiasm. Which party is more energized? And the numbers coming out of the heavily Hispanic Rio Grande Valley are 🔥

Love ya, Kamala Harris, but hard disagree. Impeach in the House. Don’t care if the Senate doesn’t convict. If I swore an oath to uphold the Constitution, I’d feel duty-bound to impeach in the House. To at least try. And to be as much of a thorn in the side to this administration as I could be.

Acyn@acyn.bsky.social

Kamala Harris: I think that going in the direction of impeachment is not a good idea. I was in the Senate for the last go-round, and the votes aren’t there. I think after the election, we all have to just also agree that our attitude has to be to get stuff done…

Exactly what we need in the absence of a functioning U.S. Department of Justice. An organization of ex-prosecutors and investigators who can put cases together for future prosecutors who will restore accountability for corrupt federal officials and those who benefit from that corruption.

We are facing a crisis of impunity. That's why we built The Rule of Law Project — to investigate unlawful conduct by federal officials, and work with state and local prosecutors to hold them to account. Watch Mark Blumberg and Brad Adams launch this new initiative on MSNOW with Nicolle Wallace.

There is no way Trump and Witkoff can realistically believe that lifting sanctions and making money and deals with Russia is going to end the war in Ukraine, so the only explanation is that they are consciously siding with and trying to help Russia win. Very few things infuriate me this much.

NYT: Trump is exploring lifting sanctions on the Russia’s flagship government investment fund, one of the Kremlin’s most powerful tools of international influence, as part of an effort to “improve U.S.-Russia relations and help end the war.” My take: If it says considers, it means it’s done.

I think what’s going on here is that Trump is sending lists of names that sound immigranty to state election officials and claiming - with no evidence - they’re non-citizens as a pretext to seize ballots.

Kyle Griffin@kylegriffin1.bsky.social

It's not just California: The Trump admin just asked Washington state to set aside ballots received from more than 400 people it claims are suspected to be registered to vote without U.S. citizenship.

I'm sure the influx of cash T gave to Putin helps Russia prolong the illegal invasion of Ukraine.
