#VNyan 1.7.3 has been released~ It adds support for #AltStream as well as experimental support for Ko-fi events The update is on itch as always~ suvidriel.itch.io/vnyan

Version 0.9 of the "Shirohane Controller Plugin for #vNyan" adds support for Steam Controller 1 & 2. In addition, mouse and controllers buttons are now available as hotkeys which can be integrated into your node graphs as vNyan triggers. A list of improvements can be found in the development log.

The upcoming #VNyan 1.7.3 is going to add support for AltStream~ At launch we'll have callback nodes for follows, raids, channel points, chat messages and commands. Beta version will hopefully be available soon~

Rebocap seems to work almost perfect out of the box with #VNyan. Only issue is the same as with any IMU tracker/mocap suit - the absolute position tracking is not very precise Time to re-implement the hybrid tracking I did with a mocap suit some years ago to allow Vive tracker to track the hip

Released v0.2-beta of my #VNyan followcam. This brings a new "static" option to make a particular axis ignore VTuber bone positions and be hardcoded. It also brings fixes to the lookat target calculation so that this actually behaves as you would expect! #VTuberTech #VTuber #ENVTuber #VTuberEN

If you use or were considering using SAMMI, switch to a different program. The new sole developer is extremely pro-AI, has already started using it in the code, and is in support of its use for genAI images as well. Everyone who protested this was told to leave the server and stop using SAMMI.

Here's a cool thing we were trying out on stream last night - tracked guitar with full body tracking in VNyan! Tracking is all vive trackers with one on the head of my guitar. Uses a quick script I made to adjust for avatar positioning so it lined up properly #vtuber #vsky #VTuberTech #VNyan #LZQT
