Earlier this month I decided to shift my focus away from dex completion and shiny hunt a Shinx to ribbon master before the Bank shutdown. I spent about two weeks in the grass on Route 202 in Pearl and I finally found him this afternoon! I named him Kolin as a play on Shinx’s romaji Japanese name

To celebrate the 20th anniversary of Pokemon Diamond and Pearl, I started a forever file on my copy of Pearl! I reset for a good trainer ID and I got my birthday (10/28) after a handful of resets! I’m also playing it on my Dialga and Palkia special edition DS Lite

What do you mean my childhood Pokemon game came out 20 years ago? This can’t possibly be true

The amount of times I’ve heard someone use a public restroom and then leave without washing their hands is disturbing to me

I played most of these in my childhood or as a teenager, but they are what influenced my taste in video games to this day!

⚠️ New Twitch Email Scam.⚠️ Do not be fooled by an email claiming to be "Twitch Automated Audio Detection Systems" that asks you to verify your rights to use audio.

"One day I'll clear out my gaming backlog," I said with total delusion.

Discord finally confirmed for real when they're rolling out age verification service-wide (tomorrow) and I've not seen a single person make a peep about it

card scalpers crashing out about the 30th set having good pull rates/being available is like a tapeworm crashing out when the host takes anti-parasite medicine. you were never welcome, you were always considered an issue.

I wanna go back to 2006 and play Club Penguin again

Checking in: I'm a Pokémon shiny hunter who believes that Palestine should be free, GenAI should be abolished, everyone deserves the right to bodily autonomy, FUCK ICE, Trans rights are human rights, and love is love.

Ever since the Zelda Direct on Tuesday, I've had the itch to play more Zelda. So now I am going to attempt to 100% a master mode file in BotW. Wish me luck!

I'm blown away by how good this game looks! I'm so excited!!!

Started my new job today and it started raining. Summer vacation is over I guess lol

Despite the logistical nightmare of preparing for and making the most of Pokémon Worlds, seeing my friends made it all worth it! It was also a lot of fun watching the finals matches with a live audience. I’m not planning on going to Singapore next year, but I’m very excited for NAIC in Chicago!

We’re out here!

Wasn’t able to attend the Retro Shiny Challenge since I didn’t have a Saturday pass, but @jankeleg.bsky.social and I did our own little RSC! We did about 300 encounters within the hour… and predictably found nothing. Next time!

I had the pleasure of meeting @partyarlie.com yesterday! I would not have discovered the larger shiny hunting community if it were not for a YouTube video of hers appearing on my feed three years ago, so it was lovely to get to finally talk to her in person. I also got this awesome Ditto magnet!

I'm packing for Worlds and it's starting to feel real! Can't wait to see my friends tomorrow

I hate to be the bearer of bad news right during the pre-Bank closure panic but unfortunately, for some reason, PKSM and Checkpoint now use AI code. I hate this timeline.

Honking the horn on the train in Big Walk is the best game mechanic of all time

10 more days until I get to hang out with some of my friends in San Francisco aaaaaaaa!!!

What powers do y’all think these will give me in Hyperspace Lumiose?
