Canyon de Chelly It can be amazing outside. Don't forget to breathe deep and enjoy the beauty from time to time.

There’s been a lot of talk in this race about what makes a "real man." A man does what’s right when no one is watching. He upholds his commitments to his family and neighbors. He doesn’t lie, cheat, & steal his way through life. Real men serve others. Weak men serve themselves.

NASA just dropped this image of Artemis II astronaut Christina Koch looking back at us. The first woman to ever see our planet in its entirety. I’m not crying you’re crying 🥹🔭🧪 📸: NASA

I was fortunate to travel to CA to catch the last couple @nin.com shows. I don't really know what to say, except that it was amazing and I'm so thrilled to add these to my list. Do the things that give you a spark of joy, especially when the outside world can be such shit. #livemusic #peelitback

Lake Theater & Cafe, a movie theater in Lake Oswego, is banned from showing the film Melania after making jokes at the expense of the movie (and the First Lady it's based on).

There is an undeniable shared understanding in humanity. When people see "I hope this year it will happen" there is not a slightest doubt what "it" means.

This is so damn stupid.

An Interior Department statement did not detail the national security risks. It's the administration's latest pus to hobble offshore wind and limit renewable energy sources. n.pr/495bLxP

Not for nothing... I'm overseas right now... and I pause each time I'm asked where I'm from. But I eventually answer honestly, Portland, OR. Every time, the response is positive, " it's so beautiful there" , " go inflatable frogs,", and seriously, " when is cascadia going to happen?"

So weird, cause I went grocery shopping yesterday... in a store... with windows.

Trump: "I don't know what could be worse than Portland. You don't even have stores anymore. They don't even put glass up. They put plywood on their windows."

My dog heads to the tub for his "safe space" when the sky is falling. He's been in here all day thanks to the neighbor's fireworks. Fireworks are the worst.

Every flashbang could instead be a meal for a poor kid. Every hotel room for a National Guardsman deployed to fire at our neighbors could house a homeless vet. Every "less-than-lethal" bullet pulled from a journalist's eye could be already needed healthcare for anyone else. All of this is a choice.

I love airport bars in the morning. There are no rules. Pastry and coffee? sure. Just as likely as a double vodka on the rocks. No shame, go forth and be your sloppiest AM self.

“You can build all the dick rockets you want to go to Mars while you try to leave the rest of us on the burning Earth. We’re gonna take control. This is our world, and it’s our government, and it’s our money.” — Sara Nelson, Association of Flight Attendants president
