2026 has officially reached me, so I'd like to say Happy New Year to all my moots. 2025 has been a mixed bag for me (but leaning more positive). Hope this year will bring some great things to all (big or small), and I perhaps will be better than 2025. Thanks for being cool guys

Eighty five years ago today, Dumbo was released. A short but sweet film from Walt Disney Animation Studios, this little tale about an elephant that can fly is a cute one that works with its quiet charm, beautiful animation, and heartwarming moments.

Quick little essay about the disgusting use of Nikki from Obsession in Fortnite. The fact alone that the bottle she uses to self-harm and tries to die by suicide in the film is now a weapon she uses to harm others is disgusting... www.patreon.com/jessiegender...

You know, if you squint really hard it's kinda like the Odyssey. Both families certainly need therapy. But joking aside I think Eggers could do a killer Odyssey movie, though not sure if people would like his more than Nolan's. letterboxd.com/md437/film/t...

back when Nolan's Odyssey was nearing release I recall seeing film accounts posting clips of this movie saying "the closest Eggers got to an Odyssey movie", and that intrigues me. The poster gives off that vibe, so I shall see- #NW The Northman

With the Fall season here and my need to explore more of the horror genre, I thought what director is known for horror with a short filmmography. Then I realized a particular movie is releasing this year with a cool trailer. So my next director watchthrough is Robert Eggers

The excellent "Superman 75" animated short debuted on Cartoon Network this day (Oct. 16) in 2013! Produced by Bruce Timm and Zack Snyder, and directed by Jay Oliva, this fantastic short covers Superman's first 75 years, from his early days up to modern times! #Superman #OnThisDay

this is unfortunate, would rather Reeves continue but he likely chose Soderbergh's assistance so that's ok. Hoping for the best for Reeves πŸ™, take your time and hope things get better for you

Steven Soderbergh is set to direct the remainder of β€˜THE BATMAN: PART 2’. Him and Reeves will work together and remain in communication until filming has ended, with Reeves taking over post-production duties when ready. (Source: Deadline)

Growing up, WB was my shit. Still is. Kids WB, Cartoon Network, DC, Looney Tunes, Scooby-Doo, The CW. It has played such an influential role in my life and is the reason I still have such a vivid imagination today. So this kinda stings my heart quite a bit.

More movies should take place in a Lighthouse, the setting rocks. Also Pattinson and Defoe should act together more often, I love both of them here! letterboxd.com/md437/film/t...

As most of my Doc Ock art is based on Spider-Man 2, I thought to show some love to No Way Home Ock with a very simple practice animation! I focused mostly on practicing animating Flo & Mo's movements/experiment more with layers/work on stabilizing lineart too! Had fun with it though! 8D

Yes, I'm sure the guy who derailed DCs first cinematic universe, fucked up Superman's reputation for a decade, and already showed that he doesn't understand Dark Knight Returns knows what he's talking about.
