we had one of our best stationery club meetings yet! along with a preview of workshops from The Sticker Shop, we had catered sandwiches, homemade cake pops, and these exclusive stickers designed by my friend Meili Clark (the library has a family of peregrine falcons that nest by one of its windows).

this is what i'm talking about. you need to be paying attention to this, since it will change the video games industry very shortly. this reddit vid from 19 days ago (src: kent1146) shows steamos on an ayn thor, launching+playing BALL X PIT w no problems. you can get a compatible thor for ~$350.

i think we're 3-5 years out from this seriously hitting, and it'll likely collide with the "proliferation of cheap arm64 chinese dockable handhelds running x86 games via steamos/FEX and-or other linux"... ...but as soon as the UX for those devices becomes more immediate (and it will)? yup. agreed.

#RandomGameSaturday This is a Japan-Only game, by same designer of Contact (Akira Ueda). Where you play as a boy, trying to stop various youkai from causing mischief all over town. The game is 70% dialogue, though It's also has a fantastic soundtrack by Final Fantasy composer, Nobuo Uematsu 👹
