No matter where you fall on the TikTok ban, the President undoing by “executive order” a law passed by Congress and upheld unanimously by the Supreme Court is an unconstitutional abuse of power.

I think since Michelle Obama will not be busy during the inauguration she should organize a benefit concert for the LA fire victims at the same time as the inauguration. Maybe she can get Taylor Swift and others to perform.

Michelle spent 8 years doing a lot she didn’t want to do in service of the country. She has more than paid a price for being married to a politician. She owes us nothing. I personally feel like a whole lot more people would do well to follow her magnificent lead and find themselves “busy” that day.

Corporations bending to a fascist takeover for profit isn’t surprising but it’s long-term branding if you’re not careful. 4 years from now competitors are going to be attacking each other for who was part of the shift that left average consumers worn out and angry. I’m calling it.

I was at the grocery store today and the checkout clerk was chatting with the person in front of me. She was joyful that prices would be coming down next year. They literally have no clue what they did.

You are up to date.
