The 87th Remnants muster to full Strength, before their Truimp through the Streets of Rhineforte Prime. Background to the regiment is in the photos, so give it a read if you like. About 28 years of hobby. So please like, comment and repost. #nerdlings #oldhammer #warhammercommunity

Extra support weapons for my 2nd edition Legion of the Damned army. All with a penchant for burning or vaporising whatever they're pointed at. #Nerdlings #oldhammer #legionofthedamned #warhammercommunity

Day two of Bunker Assault in Plymouth. Did it go better than day one?... No, haha, two losses but again, a good fun time with plenty of laughs! #warhammercommunity #oldhammer #2ndedition40k

Today's Legion of the Damned minis. This is the Heavy Weapons squad from 2nd edition. Nice and chunky, the heavy bolter especially looks like a handful. #Nerdlings #oldhammer #legionofthedamned #warhammercommunity

Classic Sisters, Retro Eldar and Praetorian Guard!!!! This needs more eyeballs on it!!! #nerdlings #oldhammer

That Banner hits me right in the feels... #nerdlings #oldhammer

Legion of the Damned Boxnaught!!! Incredible, its like spotting a unicorn their so rare 😁👍 #oldhammer #nerdlings

Next up for my Legion of the Damned (2nd Edition) project is Sergeant Centurius. A big fan of Shakespeare, he often quotes from Hamlet before a battle, "Alas, poor Yorick..." 💀 #Nerdlings #oldhammer #legionofthedamned #warhammercommunity

Been putting together a Legion of the Damned force ahead of the new Kill Team box. I took inspiration from the 2nd edition force in White Dwarf #224. Here is the bike squadron. #Nerdlings #oldhammer #legionofthedamned #warhammercommunity

Outstanding!!!! And not just because I'm in it 😅 #nerdlings

Field hospital for the 51st Praetorian Regiment. Another small diorama I built recently as part of my ongoing Praetorian project. #Nerdlings #imperialguard #praertorians #warhammercommunity

This deserves more attention. Do yourself a favour and read a modern version of a classic WD battle report. Then tell the writer how good it is, so we get more. #nerdlings #oldhammer

When the Guard asthetic isn't WW1 enough 😅 Outstanding 🫡 #nerdlings #warhammer40k

Reconnaissance squadron of tankettes from the 51st Praetorian Guard. Not sure a pith helmet is the most suitable headgear while serving in a tank, but how else would you know which regiment they were from? 🙂 #Nerdlings #imperialguard #praertorians #warhammer40k

Firstborn bike squadron, baby. Old school is the best school. Built from a number of different plastic kits and with metal riders. #Nerdlings #oldhammer #warhammercommunity

As near as you're likely to get to an Armorcast Wave Serpent for your Rogue Trader era Eldar. #Nerdlings #oldhammer #eldar #aeldari

Let’s play a game. Combat Patrol, Unhinged Edition. You have 500 points to make the most absurd but legal force you can. For example Angron 5x Chaos Terminators 495 points Go #Nerdlings

For anyone looking for inspiration ahead of the release. #Nerdlings #legionofthedamned

Centaur Light Assault Carrier, painted up for use with my Praetorian Gurad project. #Nerdlings #warhammercommunity

Combining two entries for the #Nerdlings #MiniOfTheMonth competition here. It was @echoesofthworkshop.bsky.social idea to take a picture of my “reflecting” Halfling Sniper with the Swamp, my homage to M*A*S*H. #JHBackdrops #WarhammerCommunity

#PraetorianGuard "Matilda" Leman Russ proxy A palate cleanser from painting Dark Elves, my third, and final, Leman Russ proxy from Victoria Miniatures! Details added via resin tank accessories, dozer blade a GW original. #warhammer #imperialguard #warhammer40k #warhammercommunity #oldhammer

An old build now... but pure gold 😎

You can tell it's been a long time because I forgot to paint the base rims....😭 Anywho, here's a bit of plastic porn for you all, as a treat. All four terminator squads what I painted from that there 1st edition Space Hulk. Only took me two years, I'm getting rapid in my old age! 😂 #Nerdlings

Painted few Kasrkins in urban camo. The random patterns really do make them look distinct #WarhammerCommunity #warhammer40k #nerdlings

Putting paint to metal - only took me 20 years to *actually* get hold of some Vostroyans! Seemed fitting to pull out White Dwarf 317's painting guide #nerdlings #vostroya #whitedwarf #astramilitarum #40k

I have become Immortal!!!!!

It's been four years since I uploaded my first design. So to celebrate this I have created a possessed version of that original bunker. It's a free download if anyone is interested cults3d.com/en/users/Doc... www.myminifactory.com/users/Doctor... #Oldhammer #Nerdlings #3DPrinting #Warhammer40k

More classic Blanche articles from the white dwarfs of the mid 90s. #nerdlings #oldhammer

Remember that time before I was terminally depressed online when I used to paint toy soldiers? Well....... Still a few bits to do, but was nice getting back in the hobby room after a long, long time away #Nerdlings

Hospital Harlequinns. Not bad.... not outstanding... but I had fun. #nerdlings #oldhammer

Surrounded, under strength, low ammo... The Mordians have generously decided to give the Eldar a fighting chance...

Been working on my grey(green) knights captain while on holiday #warhammer #warhammer40k #warhammercommunity #nerdlings #greyknights

This ones on his way to Glazer Farm to warn Captian Cain. Outstanding work @grumpykiltpin.bsky.social #nerdlings #warhammercommunity

I knew about the Native American thing for Dark Angels, but genuinely thought these were supposed to be female marine scouts from way back when I first saw them. #Nerdlings

Seeing as you asked @grumpykiltpin.bsky.social I've Used GorkaMorka wreaking balls and armature, sentinel legs, Dreadnought body, and arm smashagun main bit, Stormboyz rockets for Rokkitlauncha, and ork Trukk shootas, wires, and bits from my bits box. Made for 3rd Ed, but works in 2nd. #40k #Orks

Ladies and Gentlemen... raise a tiny glass to the long expected passing of the firstborn. They will still see many battles on my own tabletop, but who knows how many others? Stick to older editions I say. #nerdlings #warhammercommunity www.warhammer-community.com/en-gb/articl...
