Despite an active cyberattack against us, the first 2 episodes of #DontMindPod Riku Cave are now available! If you enjoy antiquarian horror and Japanese history, this fiction podcast for you! As our largest social media accounts have been deleted by hackers, please help us get the word out.

✨️ ROLE ANNOUNCEMENT ✨️ It brings me great excitement to announce my involvement in the audio horror podcast Don't Mind Riku Cave. Many thanks to @ventravis.bsky.social and those at Fool & Scholar Productions to have me included in such a stellar production and cast. First episode is out now!

A digital attack is being conducted against Fool & Scholar Productions during #DontMindPod 's 3rd Season Riku Cave being released. It's a small team that intentionally hires diverse casts and uses a ton of actors from all over the globe in absolutely brillaint horror stories. Give a listen!

The hackers have basically attempted to get into any account I’ve ever had in the last 20 years. The only reason they haven’t gotten it all is two factor authentication. If you’re not set up, do it for everything!!!

Our new story "Don't Mind Riku Cave" (out yesterday) is currently without a single 1 star review, or negative comment. 😶 I don't want to toot my own horn, but this could be our best work to date

Don't Mind returns with a new mystery! Ep 1 is out now! Join Yamashita Rindo (voiced by @erikaishii.bsky.social) as she begins her new job in Chino, Japan. Behind schedule, her team prepares to document an archaeological site uncovered by seismic events; a cave and Dogū, exhumed from the long dark

⏫Today I'm releasing a new show that will shape the rest of my career 😅 Please help me get the word out to folks who enjoy free audio fiction ⏫ Also, the soundtrack is by the legend himself: Nobuo Uematsu!

Tomorrow... We return with a brand new story: DON'T MIND RIKU CAVE. We've worked on this podcast for quiet a while now and it's filled with what we love about audio horror: deep, slow-burn stories entangling science, history, and terror that place capable people in upsetting situations.

This season has another fantastic cast and, of course, the award winning sound design we always strive for in our shows. Every season of Don't Mind is a new tale of mystery, so feel free to jump in on the new season or start all the way back at season one!

Puzzle 2. After watching me struggle for 10 minutes my mom got invested and became the main character… by which I mean she solved it before going back to cursing out duolingo in German

PodMov put my & my friends' safety at risk by allowing non-badgeholders to enter the con with cameras looking for us, let even more of us be harassed by fascists online for weeks, apologized to Ben Shapiro (and STILL partners with his company), and never addressed it! Don't go!

Just a reminder that some of us are still boycotting #PodcastMovement because of their poor treatment of minority fiction podcast creators.

Sleep Deprivation + ADHD explained: Every task is a hamster. I can hold exactly 1 hamster at a time and function. If you give me a second hamster, the first hamster will run away from me. I will try to catch it, but I am generally not as fast as the hamster.

I picked up a phone call just now, no one was there, my computer got a weird error message immediately after, and for exactly 15 seconds... I wondered if I've been in the Matrix and things were about to get real.

"Social Media should drive interest in your content" is untrue. "Short-form has become the content" shifting the goal from marketing your content to overall brand recognition. If feels like unless you invest 20+ hrs/week, social media is no longer a marketing strategy, it's the end-goal career.

The joke here is that my wife and I could make a really great short form "we worked full time hours on social media for 3 months and here's what we found" Tiktok, but that it's impossible to get any of our new followers to engage with our true love: The Horror Fiction Podcasts we make.
