Trump voters say he didn’t fulfill his promises They still don’t get it THOSE PROMISES COULD NOT BE FULFILLED WITHOUT COMMITTMENT TO THE VERY THINGS HE SEEKS TO DESTROY 2024 was the election of Magical Thinking

New York Magazine labeled Israel’s actions in Gaza a “genocide”, upsetting many readers. At a minimum, it seems we can agree that if we are quibbling over whether it’s a genocide, things are pretty bad and need to end regardless of what it is named.

Have you reported on Ben Givr and his nightly kill quota as well as his gleeful celebration of demolishing homes or the "settlers" who are trapping Palestinian families in their homes? And if not, why not?

Republicans spent years lecturing Democrats about “family values.” This poll says the lecture is over. Moral bankruptcy is not a dealbreaker for most Republican voters. And we can see it in the candidates they nominate and continue to support.

You keep reporting that there’s pressure for Platner to withdraw. I agree that there’s pressure from top Democrats and some funders, but I do not agree that there’s pressure from his voters. You should look into that.

Dems must run 2 superstars for President and VP to ensure over voting & to make it harder for the GOP to attack them one at a time ( because it will eliminate them attacking each other.) No more Waltzs or Kaines. It has to be two men who could win on their own. Yes, it will have to be men.

I like U.S. Senate candidates who don’t cut and paste their policies from other candidates’ websites from other states. This rundown of Jasmine Crockett’s original, Texas specific policies is exactly what doing your own homework actually looks like.

If true, this is extremely problematic. 📌 Talarico copied McMorrow’s website and forgot to delete Michigan

A woman murdered on camera A five-year-old use as bait to trap his family A grandfather forced halfway naked into the snow Now, it is much easier to believe that young children were zip tied in that raid in Chicago a few months back Next week it’ll be easier to believe to yet another atrocity

@cnn.com @msnbc.com Kacy Hunt: if you want someone to comment on how K Porter handled an interview you need to show what she complained about. I will add that Schiff won with about 60% of the vote in CA so I don’t know why the reporter was skeptical. Why didn’t Hunt ask about that??

Trump's insane. Take his zealotry about immigration. He's to eliminate a spot that never comes clean. The racial & cultural "impurity" that immigrants bring irritates him to no end. & I mean to no end. Once he's done with the immigrants of color he's going to turn to the citizens of color.

The message should not be that political violence is bad because it targeted a good guy who was “practicing politics the right way” (which Kirk definitely was not). Political violence is bad because it inherently corrodes the democratic polity, because it makes democracy impossible.

If stopping people of color is reasonable because they are people of color, then it is unreasonable to stop white people because they are not people color. Suddenly, one group of American citizens is free and the other is not.

The removal of Trump from the impeachment exhibit can be fixed by a few (or thousands of) post-its. Mark one up that says " & Trump Twice" and drop it at the foot of the exhibit. Let's make this viral.

I’m impressed that WSJ published Trump’s letter to Epstein. After the BBB passed & the string of SCOTUS wins & the likely interference with upcoming elections, maybe the $ people think only they can stop him. If this is correct, then capitalism will be proven again to dominate Democracy in America.

I am not a litigator, but when you charge a defendant with something that that jury probably has done itself very frequently, you are never going to win on that charge. So, saying that Diddy handing out drugs at his parties made him a drug dealer was never going to be a winner.

It's ok for New York state govt to own (& lose money on) over 5 ski resorts but not ok for NYC to open grocery stores.

People are fine giving MORE money to private grocery stores who aren’t delivering - but lose their mind when you want to open 5 city run stores. Wild!

Our local, fancy car wash couldn’t wash our car because they were expecting raids. We went thru a basic self wash and did it ourselves. They were in fact raided. 8 ICE agents to capture 2 people. Fancy car wash has no customers; the self wash has many. Fascism creates strange winners and losers.

To get out of this Trump mess, we are going to have to take on damage. If it was going to be easy, it would have been done already - or not even have happened. All I know for sure is that today’s price is going to be less than tomorrow’s.

In his Henry the 8th moment, Trump and his Privy Council (formerly known as Congress), have decided to pillage institutions that oppose them. Henry destroyed monasteries, Trump is destroying universities. The shame of all this is Trump is weaponizing history all while the public is wowed by it.
