this post was the impetus for me to subscribe to the @yesplz.coffee subscription and my first bag came today. absolutely incredible stuff.

Lots of fun stuff in the cupping lab today. Encountered a sample of a Colombia “pink champagne co-ferment” that is very clearly infused with some kind of flavoring agent. Smells like Hello Kitty lip gloss. 😣

If you're in the US, you should look into this, it's very cool. I'd buy from @tonx.coffee if I could! As I'm not in the states I'll be buying my tasting kit from one of the few Scottish roasters participating.
