We ordered a quarter of a cow worth of a beef from a local ranch (it's split up and packaged and everything, I'm not that bold). Cleaned out our garage chest freezer for it. Made our first meal with it tonight, nothing fancy just Pappardelle with meat sauce + ground beef and damn that was amazing!
