Why not? Is this the law or is it not? If it is and Comey is being prosecuted for having posted it, then anyone who has posted that phrase '86' in relation to any POTUS is also subject to prosecution. The alternative is that this is a 'law' for only 1 person, which is not at all Constitutional.
