ICE has all the money they need and ICE operations will be largely unaffected by this decision to shutdown the government again. This is a losing strategy for Democrats when they helped to pass the “Big Beautiful Bill”. I guess no one read the fine print.

That's good but they can't work out some way to keep ICE operating as it has. Some GOP senators said they'd cut out the ICE funding and pass the rest if the Dems dug in their heels. This is more than not being trained. The administration was telling them to police in ways they have no authority to.

Not real changes. Schumer's "demands" are that they follow the law. That's why we call them "lawless." If they don't follow the law now, why would they follow the law if the Dems cave and throw more money at them? Maybe $0 additional will force TSA's union to stand up and speak up.

No Senator should have given more money to the federal forces controlled by the President that break laws, commit human rights violations, and unjustifiably kill American citizens. These forces should leave Minnesota and cease operations for the foreseeable future, so that Congress can investigate.
