Agree. I have said we should call their bluff, mass troops and admit Ukraine to NATO with a 60 or 90 day warning so that Putin and his generals see the seriousness of our resolve. But with Trump not happening.

Russia Cannot be Trusted!!

It is time for every man, woman and child in Russia to be put on notice when Putin threatens the use of nuclear weapons. The idea was "fail safe." How effective is that when Putin is able to act like a petty thug and kill thousands of innocents in Ukraine.

I don't disagree with the premise of what you're saying but calling a nation's bluff on nuclear retaliation is a whole different level of gambling than calling their bluff on tariffs or sanctions. You better know they have nothing because it only takes one.

Putin does not want to use nukes if it destroys the spoils of war. Hitler did not bomb Paris for the same reason.

Russia understands that, if they ever used one of their moldy, badly-maintained nukes on a neighbor in an act of aggression, the entire world would destroy them, scorched earth.
