Well , to be fair, from the debate on that really wasn’t true - Biden looked so frail and Trump came out with tons of energy. ( As did Kamala ) Of course in the last 12 months Trump has declined mightily.

A "tea totaler " is someone who 1. Drinks only tea to excess. 2. Likes to crash tea parties and certain Japanese drinking ceremonies like a bull in a China shop. Perhaps you meant "teetotaler", someone who abstains from drinking alcohol? Or certain golfers.

I’m not sure if teetotaler denotes alcohol only. He may not qualify as there’s other foreign substances in his system. If by chance, he really is clean atm, there must be residual brain damage. As Suzy says — he’s a ‘dry drunk’.
