instead of a 3 trillion tax break for billionaires, deputise them into the military. A 100 billion dollar ‘I’ve got bone spurs’ special pass to dodge the draft. Politicians can dodge for 100 million dollars.

The question should not be “Would he go to Congress” but instead “Being military action requires Congressional approval, when will the President be meeting with Congress on this decision”…Constantly put them on the back foot. Asking “would he” legitimises the option.

The US is just waiting for Israel to do all the dirty work against Iran so they can swoop in at the end and steal the credit—typical. No thanks. 😏 Israel should launch surgical commando strikes and wipe out those nuclear sites on its own. American bombs are as useless as their promises. 🤡

Yup. But at least the Dems and Obama are writing very stern social media posts and making little speeches about how we might sorta soon may be falling into authoritarianism. So there's that.

Well Obama has no power. Hes a private citizen. It will take more than just dems. Some republicans will have to take a stand. All dems can do is keep up noise and maybe stir some good trouble. Jeffries, Schumer & them need to use what little power they have. But the GOP is enabling.Do not fault dems

Historically, the executive branch, consistently has taken the view of the president’s Article II authority to the use of force, arguing it has the ability to do so when: (1) there is an important “national interest”; and (2) the use of force does not constitute “war” in the constitutional sense.
