“Disloyal”??? Quick — someone read back to him the Oath of Office for the Federal judiciary. It’s in United States Code, Title 28, Chapter I, Part 453. There is also Title 5, USC, Sec. 3331, that applies to the Federal Civil Service more broadly (including Congress & Cabinet officers).

Judges, and congress, are not supposed to be loyal to the president. They are supposed to be loyal to the constitution.
