TOM EMMER: Donald Trump was talking about the dividend concept months ago NEWSNATION: Many dividends have been suggested!

Trump uses the term “dividend” erroneously. Companies provide dividends out of their surplus. In down times, such as during COVID, unprofitable companies suspend dividends. The US is not profitable. Deficits are skyrocketing under Trump and Republican policies. It’s a bribe that won’t be paid.

If any Dem even hinted at something this idiotic the entirety of the right-wing griftosphere would be melting down 24x7. Yes, the people running these propaganda networks are born liars, but they would be out of business but for the rubes eagerly demanding their product.

Hokay. The dividend concept tied to winning the midterms for #GOPedo w/cheating & being bribed to vote/cheat was suggested/defined/outlined/described at tRUMPalooza by tRUMP & cheered by EVERYONE in that half-empty room. #ThatIsAll #EpsteinFiles #Felon47 #BlueWave #WashOutDC #Momsky #Pinks #SheShed

"It was interesting the way he came up with it last night..." almost as if he pulled it out of his ass right that second! #FiveThousandDividendCheck

Those “dividends” are the tariffs we’ve been paying, you dumb fuckstick. And none of that comes close to what is actually owed us, your fucking employer. Truth is Donald Slumps has lied about every check. Every one. Fuck you Emmer. Fuck you!

With help of the media, they'll keep talking about it as if it was a real thing. And there will be some people who believe it. And it might very well make a marginal difference in the election. This post-truth world sucks.

5000 on top That's the number Thank you Trump. For giving all Americans more debt. Combined, the direct federal share and personal consumer burdens mean the average citizen effectively “owes” well over $175,000 when public and private markers are added together.

Even months ago, dividends would be a tax/revenue/expenditure issue that can be part of a reconciliation bill. It could have been implemented months ago by the GOP majorities because reconciliation is exempt from filibuster in the Senate.
