No, this is definitely possible. To be clear, I hate that shill Haberman with the heat of 1000 suns, but it's entirely possible the recording only recently fell into her hands. Everyone is outraged and that blunts critical thinking.

I would never give her the benefit of the doubt, I'm merely saying there is room for doubt. People are directing their outrage at her and Swan when it should be directed at the motherfuckers who advocated suspending habeas.
