Once again, the Supreme Court will debate words rather than principles. As a jurist, I am told to consider what was presented in a court of law, but then the loser appeals to judges who expand the scope. So, why do we have a jury system?

Insurance companies are still taking in record profits, yet they continue to attack what little we have left. This is life or death for many, many people. And I'm afraid we already know how the court will rule.

Well said. Recently, I listened to an interview where a Trump supported urged the dismantling of Obamacare but said it made sense to keep the ACA. The media does no favors by not calling it by the correct name.
