Look, Modoc County is both Red and well behind the times. They love the '50s....the 1850s! That's the county in the upper right-hand corner of the state.

Plus in the CA Governor primary, some of those “red” areas actually cast more votes for Dems overall, Steve Hilton just won the most individual votes. Very misleading.
