It currently badly affects my work performance, and I'm terrified it will get bad enough that I get fired.

When the rubber hits the road, and it really matters, I will disappoint the people I love and they will not forgive me.

That I won't be able to keep shoveling money into the furnace quickly enough to stay ahead of my impulses.

Forgetting stuff. Hurting someone's feelings bc my mouth got ahead of my brain.

Never being happy with myself and how I live. Ever.

Ageing. After my professional/financial/social life imploded (thanks to the brutal combo of AuDHD + perimenopause) it set off a cascade of brutal effects that are going to have the greatest negative impact when I hit 65+.

I appreciate all the likes on this. I'm happy/sad, and sorry/grateful that there are others who have this fear. We aren't alone. <3
