It’s not the tax rate, it’s overturning Citizens United that allows unlimited donations. No tax rate is going to stop a trillionaire or billionaire.

We could make their tax rate the same as a teacher + triple any campaign donations anywhere in the world. + 25% during wartime(including whatever they’re calling Iran conflict) + 25% while there exists a national debt.

Sadly even this wouldn't be much of a deterrent when someone has that much money.
