I'm happy Prime 4 remembers this too, from what I've seen. She doesn't just tower over over her tech support sidekick, but the armored combat troopers too. I just wish one of thr troopers was a girl, who says "OK, I understand the bullying step on me thing now" upon meeting Samus.

Her body language is incredibly well realized in the cutscenes of Dread.

I adore the way that Dread runs where Fusion walked, both for sassy Samus and the way that even when in mortal peril, she's still the coolest, baddest motherfucker in the room.
