He says "there's a Red Cross worker there," presumably in the picture, to explain why he thought it was about the Red Cross. There is NOT a Red Cross worker in the picture. I don't even know why I'm doing this. HE'S A DIRTY LIAR. HE LIES ALL THE TIME. IT'S HIS PRIMARY ACTIVITY.
