383002. Had an internet friend who knew someone at ICQ and tipped me early. Crazy to think that before ICQ - apart from mailing somebody with immediate response - there was no way of knowing someone was online at the same time.

I still remember Michael Buffington was the only 5-digit ICQ person I ever met, his ID was like 10,000 something, he got some early tip off in 1997 or something when it launched
