The Constitution of the United States, is only as good as the people who are willing to accept and uphold its principles and values. Unfortunately at the moment it’s as useless as a paper umbrella because the highest judiciary in the land , SCOTUS doesn’t seem to care about its relevance or need.

If the 9th Amendment were well interpreted & upheld, the 14th Amendment wouldn't be needed. If history were recorded honestly, laws could be ruled or repealed more accurately. With the UN Security Council behind all major militaries, conflict is strategy of war collusion, not byproduct of humanity.
