Also would love a digital version as it's easier for me to read accessibility wise. But also lulu is charging 3/4 of the cost of the book itself for the cheapest shipping option (in Canada at least).

Just listened to the intro & 1st episode. What an incredible idea for a book -- letting people write about whatever they think is important and trusting that it'll work out and not be duplicative! I'm so excited to get my copy and read all of the perspectives!

Do you have the table of contents posted anywhere? It would be nice to see the chapter titles as well as the authors, to get a better sense of the range of topics covered.

I'm in almost the same boat, want a copy so much but shipping in Canada is almost as much as the book itself. And that's for Canada Post? I can't justify $50 in my budget right now, but will put it on my birthday list!
