Can’t wait to get to the find out portion of this particular FAFO for Trump. It’s like he brought a ping pong paddle to face off against a fully armed platoon.

We’ve been waiting for the Find Out phase for YEARS. I’m 90% sure that it’s never coming for Trump.

True, but he learns bits & pieces. He just never has to face the BIG lesson. A top law firm will teach him when he’s gone beyond his weight class 🤞

Perkins Coie will, of course, win, but what damage will be done until that day, what meaningful accountability can be had, and when it is all over, MAGA Republicans will still believe the executive order instead of any judge's ruling.

When you look at Trump's order from a legal standpoint it is garbage. Complete, 100%, total hokum and any lawyer signing onto it should have their card pulled. It's not a close call at all.

I practiced law for 41 years (not with either of these law firms). I respect their lawyers for stepping up to the plate against a guy who clearly isn't fit to be President.

Where are the statements from every other firm in the US denouncing that EO? Lawyers need to stand up for the rule of law but other than W&C I’m not seeing much.

Don't presume to tell others what they need to do.

Other law firms are directly addressed in the EO. There will be law firms filing amicus briefs in support of W&C constitutional rights.
