BREAKING: A judge says of the flight to South Sudan: "The Department’s actions in this case are unquestionably violative of this court’s order."

It really can’t, at this point. They are going to keep doing this until hit with meaningful consequences, which they will then appeal all the way to the Supreme Court, and the sooner the Roberts Court forced to make a real stand the better.

So do something. These judges act like they’ve been neutered. There are people besides Trump to punish. Go after the bad actors who take the actual actions of imprisoning and kidnapping these human beings including US citizens. Lock up the traffickers to stop this from being repeated again.

Truth -- DOJ will continue to do whatever they want because the Marshalls are bought and paid for (as far as I know). A criminal enterprise pretends the "people" who "elected" DJT want this. Some of those "people" are equally lawless as the figurehead. Most of us OPPOSE the Gestapo tactics.

The first remedial action is to get those people returned, put in court, and remanded to the proper custody or released if warranted. They could be bad people or not, the public does not really know. Criminal contempt has time to be determined who needs to be charged and/or sanctioned.

Odd it only takes the administration multiple hours to kidnap a human and illegally, send them out of our country. But it takes lots of TIME to file criminal contempt charges against the Government. Clearly this trend must be addressed if Dems ever gain control again.

It’ll only take them minutes to issue pardons, so I don’t think they really care that much. This is what happens when idiots vote for tyranny.

The problem with that is that the Marshalls are trumpers. They are also some of the ones arresting people with no due process. There is no one in this administration who is going to go against trump. He is officially a dictator. We are now a shithole country.

All of this is part of project 25 where they think they can force the Judicial under the executive and then by that nullify what ever they want in the constitution; Listen to everything administration officials are saying both in courts and the press.

Who is actually doing the abductions is largely unknown, and all departments are not talking and withholding information using a bogus argument that it is foreign policy so it's too TS.

And what did the judge do to hold the government accountable for violating the court’s order? What did he do to protect the abductees? He issued another order and returned to the comfort of his chambers. The courts are not holding.

Meanwhile back at the Congress: bsky.app/profile/natu... The courts are getting castrated.

SO THIS IS WHY THEY ARE PUSHING THIS BIG BEAUTIFUL BILL IN THE DEAD OF NIGHT A provision in the proposed spending bill would restrict the authority of federal courts to hold government officials in contempt when they violate court orders. www.coloradopols.com/diary/212734...

Kidnapping people off the street to send them to the war zone in South Sudan (in defiance of court orders) is one of the most depraved crimes that Donald Trump has ever committed, and yet I reckon 90% of Americans are completely unaware that it’s happening (or would support it if they knew about it)

So, if I understand correctly, our current administration repeatedly breaks the law, repeatedly gets told that's illegal by courts, and then continues to repeatedly break the law. Have I got that straight?

This thread saddens me because it is clear that many, or most, of us do not expect that any justice will be served. We are witnessing the death of democracy in real time due to a lack of leadership.

And who exactly is going to arrest them when the branch of government that’s in charge of executing the laws refuses to obey the laws there is no legal recourse

In the next few years, I demand that at minimum ONE of these administration "officials" is televised having their teeth removed and then all of their fingernails lifted off with no anesthetic. And that will be TOO good for them.

The question is who is going to enforce the judge's ruling? As a teacher, I always knew making a rule without enforcing it was a fool's game. Our judiciary is starting to look like fools, not because of their rulings but because their rulings are ignored.
