😂

Crypto has fallen to the level that Trump is embracing it, and AI, the scam launched after crypto became a laughingstock, is headed there. What's the next tech industry lie?

Are people really impressed or somehow edified and entertained with this AI slop? I don't get it. It's not creativity.

if ai turns out to be crap or a decade too early this will be a huge win for the world that it tricked us into building clean power

Aaaaaand there’s my anxiety back again.

But who cares if it cost a billion dollars in computing power and electrical generation to create this abomination when a rich dude can avoid paying someone $100 to videotape an actual human doing something? 🙃

It's kinda mesmerizing in its wrongness. Like, wow, nearly every frame is hinting at shape and form and not one of them gets it right. Incredible. A first year animation student could whack out a more coherent animation. Cutting edge generative AI can't reach the level of Hamilton animatics.

The sad thing with videos like this is: there are many people out there who believe this shit is true. Like the weirdest fake news are reality for them. It’s an education thing …

This is a fever dream. One where you wake up and check where your legs are.

Silver linings?

where's the laugh emoji

Who needs a viable planet when you can watch this masterpiece

Ha, you should see me on an icy driveway.

omg terrible 🫢

Still need to work out some kinks?

Cyriak is out of a job

Ironically, this is the best it will ever be.

Could we use a little nuclear power for homes and industry, pls?

i like it when the leg & arm change places. neat trick!

After the initial WHOA … It’s super creepy.

We should at least hook up the generative models to CRISPR so we have such lovely things in real life.

Seems like a stupid use for so much energy.

Good, nuclear power should be brought back

Most of these AI generated videos feel like some dream you'd have after a couple Benadryl.

I hate it

Look at what they have to resort to, just to reach a fraction of the power of a Garry’s Mod shitpost from 2011.

Ugh

Biblically accurate gymnast

NFTs, amirite?

Well. Nuclear power is the answer. But didn't see it happening because AI needed more power consumption and it's the fastest way.

I want to hurl.

Looks like a crystal method video

Thanks for the nightmare fuel AI
