Here in Salem, Oregon a lady stopped her car to record an ICE-napping and one of the goons came over to her car, reached in and took her keys and wallet out of her purse, which was open on the seat beside her, got in his car and left, leaving her stranded in the middle of the street.

Ice obviously is not required to wear a body cam. It’s very dangerous to carry around a cell phone in one hand while on duty. Body cams should be mandatory!
