OMG, he was trying to help the girl up when they surround him and beat him to the ground. One of the ice agents runs off with the man's gun he took from his waist holster, before they shot him. So he was disarmed.

I don’t imagine the ICE goons are smart enough to realize that if the Administration really had their back they would start a Federal civil rights investigation. That is the only path to a presidential pardon. The Feds sending this to state court is just telling the trigger man “you are on your own”

Based on videos I have saw, thugs shoved a woman to the ground & the man protester went to her aid. Thugs then attacked & murdered him. Shooter is a 9 year border patrol agent & gun trainer! Victim is us citizen, VA ICU nurse, & a gun permit carrier who was holding a fing phone! JFC!

Yes. Saw it on Tim Miller's The Bulwark just now. Clearly, the victim was NOT armed, his hands were empty. He was NOT fighting but he was blinded by a deluge of mace straight in his face. HE WAS TRYING TO HELP THE WOMAN WHOM ICE HAD SHOVED TO THE GROUND WITH SUCH DISDAIN.

The shooter was clearly the man who fled the scene. You could see the gun in his hand through the car window as he was running and pointing down to the ground as he leaves the camera view. Black jeans big huge brown jacket.

According to DHS, another individual approached the agents with a 9mm semiautomatic handgun and two magazines. DHS alleged the individual "violently resisted" attempts to disarm him, leading an agent to fire "defensive shots". Fucking Lies!

No, it's two different guys. The one who took Pretti's weapon was in a blue-grey coat. The guy hitting him in the face with a gun is wearing a brown coat. The firearm he uses to smash Pretti's face may be the agent's weapon. Two guys shot Pretti, too, not just one. I counted ten shots.

You have to read this. Firsthand affidavit from one of the women who was there and recording the video. She talks about how Alex Pretti was directing traffic when she arrived. She watched him be killed in front of her. She's afraid to go home, worried she'll be arrested.

It appears that video taken on the same side of the street was just aired on MS NOW. Waiting on Bellingcat or another expert to post their expert evaluation. From what I saw on both videos, the victim never brandished his firearm. The ICE agent had already upholstered his weapons.

A DHS statement claimed “an individual approached US Border Patrol officers” with “a handgun” in the Alex Pretti shooting incident. A Bellingcat analysis of the footage appears to show that a gun was taken away from where Pretti was situated by an agent just before the first shot was fired.

No. Apparently, the man was filming and according to an eye witness trying to direct traffic around the ICE action across the street. ICE didn’t like it, told the man and the eye witness to back up, kept pushing them back and well, now he’s dead.

If you rewatch the 1st footage, there’s an agent in a gray shirt who grapples and then turns and walks briskly away from the scrum and toward the camera, carrying what I think is the victim’s firearm. If I’m correct (and I might not be) then he’s disarmed before they shot him.

He didn't at any point have a gun! He was holding a phone, then he went to help a woman they pushed over, and they swarmed him. It looks like a gun was planted on the ground near him seconds before they shot him. The gun they showed a picture of was taken off a picture on the web. You can search it.

The physician who provided witness testimony said the only agents nearby post-shooting did not give CPR or check for pulse - but were instead counting the bullet wounds. 🤬 I’ve heard of a video where post-shooting ICE agents mention Call of Duty. 🤬

I assume she is the one who filed an affidavit in the law suit today and that it is her video that has been shown on the news a couple times...I base that solely on the video perspective shown and on the affidavit description of what she saw. The "Witness" was only 5 feet away.

I just rewatched the video, and 🤞🙏 it appears she bolted away when the shots are fired. The fact too that many ICE agents bolted when shots started gives hope she managed to get away. And the angle we do have may prove useful too, as it’s clear even some of the ICE agents are recoiling in shock.
