Street drugs are cheaper and stronger than they’ve ever been, and they’re far more likely to kill you. The government’s advice hasn’t changed much since Nancy Reagan, but drugs have. Now, scientists are writing their own rules and we have a guide here. Read more: www.playboy.com/read/politic...

I would argue that WeedXWeed can be very synergistic. It's all about mixing the right kinds of edibles with smoking or vaping while usually evening out with an energy drink. Great gaming high. For charting purposes, energy drinks are a B-Vitamin macrodose plus caffeine.

This is great, and I'm glad you did this, and you may have already taken this issue into consideration for all I know — but if someone wanted to reproduce your version of the chart for broader distribution, I recommend that they check that it is clear to people with red/green colorblindedness.

Good point! Just ran it through a filter simulating different types of red/green colorblindness and it's, uh, not good 😆 I chose those colors because most people can quickly recognize a "stoplight" color scheme with red=bad green=good

Oh, I have a tadalafil prescription bc of HRT, and I never considered what effects it might have on anything... I'm just reading up on how it interacts with alcohol now thanks to this chart. I'm not a heavy drinker, so I guess it's fine, it looks like?

Not on the list is kava-kava. They say you shouldn't mix it with alcohol, because of liver issues. I'd assumed that meant "long-term, it's not good for your liver", but nope, it's "short-term, they're competing for the same liver enzymes" and one beer after kava led to a really amazing hangover :-(

Also whatever the mixture of stuff is in those gas station shots that are even more addictive than kratom, apparently.

Yeah, there are various drugs that didn't yet exist back when they wrote that. Kava was mainly popular among Pacific Islander ethnic groups, but we have a lot of people from there in the SF Bay Area, and occasional news articles about DUI concerns with kava.

Seems very (!) sus to me that it describes combinations of mushrooms, LSD, MDMA and SSRIs as "low risk". Those drugs all affect your serotonin receptors and can cause serotonin toxicity, which can be lethal! ⚠️🚨
