I've been downright gleeful. The best is that funny skeets without photos or videos just show up in my feed because someone shared them. I remember when one-liner would do numbers on twitter every week. I can't remember the last time that happened.

I know I'm on here and threads and it's so amazing not to see crap ads thrown into my face!

I get to meet PEOPLE! And they share things they love. And I get to see those things and hear about why they love them. There's art and miniatures and books and games and hobbies and authors....

For me it's the urge of saying "welcome!" to anyone, even strangers. I really hope it stays like this.

For serious. The only joy I was getting out of twitter by the end was one of those auto-blockers, based on blue ticks or based on who retweeted things, to see how high I could get my block count.

I haven't noticed any bots, the ability to clean my feed from trollers and scammers is easy, no ads just popping up everywhere, no fake accounts

Yes! I actually feel like I can post small, minor things I used to back in my early years of Twitter like what movie I just saw, what food I just ate, what book I'm currently reading, or my most recent dream. All w/out someone telling me to kms, or [insert derogatory names] or something pornographic

Right! For me, it started feeling like I was headed to battle bots for the sake of maintaining my connections with followers for work. Rarely getting the type of truly interesting interactions with friends anymore. This feels like, "We're back, baby!"
