If you're in the EU, you have access to both the US and UK versions of the book. There's no material difference to the text in either edition. Pick the one that's the least expensive for you and/or will ship to you the earliest. I will get paid about the same either way.

I'd take the version that doesn't get one star...always good when bad reviews come in before the book's out!

Unless "John Sclazi" gets paid for the second version

Please forgive my ignorance, do you also get paid the same for digital downloads? Thank you.

According to prior posts John wrote, he gets paid about the same, no matter what format you use. You can enjoy whatever format suits you most.

Thank you, friend.

Wrong. There is a material difference. I consider the paper quality of The Gate of the Feral Gods (US publisher) inferior to the paper quality of The Dungeon Anarchist's Cookbook (UK publisher)

(Of course, if you're buying printed books.)

That would fit my experience with Jim Butcher’s Dresden Files paperbacks, for which the physical UK Orbit editions are much better quality than the US Ace editions.
