At least 5000 of the people targeted in MN are LEGAL refugees. DHS literally issued orders to arrest everyone who came legally but doesn’t have a green card yet, & send them to out-of-state detention camps. The family of the little boy in the bunny hat were legally admitted through a port of entry.

Undocumented immigrants are not “illegal aliens”. That may be a governmental classification that is being used, but it’s how we have always attempted to dehumanize people deemed to be easy targets politically. Anyone still using it as a shorthand? Please stop.

Seeking asylum isn't illegal. Most people who break immigration law are overstaying student or vacation visas. They have never, ever targeted either of those groups. It's always been racist enforcement against legal immigrants.
