I wonder how many unhoused people this money could find homes for? Or hungry people it could feed? But no, it’s good the WSJ can write another idiotic puff piece about the endless lies Elon and Bezos feed the public to continue their grifts

Every time we land on the moon we kick up basically a storm of microscopic razorblades that float around for years: scientists know this, they have charted out how to deal with that cost, these two large boys do not give a crap about scientists, and that sucks

I can see it now, two insecure … Why do they have the right to do these things? Do other countries allow their citizens access to space? If that’s the case I want to propose laser beams owned by California, we will be our own country soon 🤭

It absolutely sucks that, in addition to everything else they benefit from, billionaires also benefit from our brain’s inability to process/realize how much a “billion” actually is. If you have that much & don’t give at least half of it away—leaving you $500 million!!—your moral compass is broken

How about we tell them they win a prize if they can go to the moon and build a space station there on their own. No sending anyone else up to do their work, they want it, they build it. And then we can forget about both of them.

I am so sick of the adolescent techbro competitions for “look what I can do!” If they want to impress me, they can compete for the title of who is the best guardian of American democracy and I do not mean their fascists racist bullshit wrapped in the flag, I mean actual democracy.

Fuck Bezos. Money for this but not the Washington Post? Any losses he makes from the Post are like clingons after he wipes his asshole.
