It's tough to get a gamedev art job without some sort of portfolio, so this goes over a bunch of super basic stuff you can do to make sure yours is up to snuff. Having been part of the hiring process numerous times, this is what I look for. medium.com/@xavierck/bu... 5/6

Does this go over the more recent trends of HR departments using AI to filter the resumes? A bunch of my friends (both software devs and artists who have been in the industry for years), all recently had to re-haul their resumes to get past said AI filters in order to reach interview stage.

Once again, I love the asshole rate term. You know exactly what it is like to be a freelancer haha
