Jews are indigenous to Israel. Zionism is a successful land-back movement of an indigenous people. Israel was decolonized in 1948 when Jews restored sovereignty over their ancestral homeland after 2,000 years of colonization and ethnic cleansing by foreign empires.

If people support Jewish nationhood, even if they demand policy change, end to war in Gaza, and even if they say Jewish authority and autonomy/governing power should be restricted to a single city block, they will be considered Zionists by Palestinians.
