I've said it before, and I will say it again. We need courageous leaders that put working families at the center of all they do. 8 democrats caving to empty promises is an indefensible leadership failure For the sake of our country, Schumer needs to resign.

Dude, have you learned nothing in the last 10 years?? Republicans aren’t “coming to your table.” They will NEVER be your partner, they will NEVER be honorable. You want to fix the country, you need to DEMOLISH and excise the GOP cancer and then we can start over again. Fight it step aside.

Trump is a billionaire who is trying to take your health care away by pitting you against brown people who are not even eligible for ACA subsidies. He wants vulnerable white people fighting vulnerable brown people, so that no one pays attention to the billionaire trying to consolidate power.

Speaker Heastie recognizes what New Yorkers know: it’s not only popular but necessary to ask the wealthiest individuals and the most profitable corporations to pay a little more in taxes so we can deliver an agenda that lowers costs for working families.

Awful and dangerous to hear the Mayor echo the transphobic bigotry coming from the Trump administration. It's completely at odds with the values of our city and another reason why his single, disgraced term in office cannot end soon enough.

Sick!!!

Last week, ICE arrested a six-year-old Queens public school student at her family's scheduled check-in. This morning, she was deported along with her mother. One of her siblings remains in detention. The cruelty of this federal administration knows no bounds.

I am humbled by the support of more than 545,000 New Yorkers in last week's primary. This is just the beginning of our expanding coalition to make New York City affordable. And we will do it together.

I would say it's unbelievable, but it's ABSOLUTELY believable. This administration would deport a 2-year-old U.S. citizen without due process, separate a family, and not see the irreparable harm of their actions. The inhumane actions will not stop with immigrants. All our rights are on the line.

I’m a big man who rides the subway every night because I’m not a terrified hysterical neurotic

Sean Duffy: "The truth is, transit across America is dangerous. And these liberals -- liberal mayors -- they want everybody out of cars and into trains but they made the trains unsafe so nobody really wants to ride them ... even big men don't want to ride the subway at those times of night."

Today, while the market collapsed and four soldiers who died on an exercise in Lithuania arrived at Dover, where was Donald Trump? Was he monitoring the markets? Was he there for the arrival of these heroes? Nope: he was golfing, with the Saudis

Mark Kelly: "This is not surprising. Here's a guy who told Americans to inject bleach into their bodies, who sent a mob to Capitol Hill. NEW: Two-thirds of NYC voters support creating municipal grocery stores to bring down prices. "The concept is imminently feasible. In fact, publicly owned grocery stores are quite common and already exist at scale—in the US military."

There are 33m companies in the USA. Only 21k employe 500 or more. And they only make up 23% of workers. Trump and Elon are ignoring the more than 32m entrepreneurs that can't afford to build a new factory or pay tariffs or absorb cancelled contracts.
