I spoke to the mom of the 3-year-old soccer star who was left "thinking he did something wrong" after a league official called police "due to a disturbance between parents" The youth sports league said they launched a review and reached out to the family

i will never not be militant about trans rights cis people: demand nothing less than full, unequivocal rights for trans people and do not accept from anyone the idea that it is naive to demand it we deserve what you have

In Zack Snyder's Justice League (2021), Ezra Miller’s character is able to break a plane of glass despite barely touching it. This is because Windows stopped supporting Flash the previous year.

We all know the "Viggo broke his toe" story but what's another movie fact you're personally compelled to bring up every time without prompting? For me, it's the fact that Robin Tunney is wearing a wig in The Craft because of having just shaved her head to save her job filming Empire Records.

The Plot to Enslave America

#BREAKING: #SCOTUS grants the Trump administration’s stay request in the FCC political ads case—effectively absolving the FCC of any requirement to complete the administrative process regarding its relaxing of the “lowest unit charge” rule before the midterms. Justices Sotomayor & Jackson dissent.

Him: “Kids have died from this policy.” You: “Yes, but … (some nonsense)”

Yes, but we experience much later sunrises and earlier sunsets further north in the winter and somehow this doesn't cause random child deaths. And, Arizona, which is at a similar latitude to FL, doesn't do DST. I suspect there wasn't a causal relationship between DST and those deaths in '73.

Replying to @jessicavalenti.bsky.social

This is why more women don't come forward, and why more rapists aren't jailed. Because mostly-male cops and prosecutors find it more believable that a 20-yr-old would want to have sex with a room full of fraternity brothers than accept she was raped. What ever happened to common fucking sense?

Please don't give the DA reopening the Cornell case any cookies. District Attorney Matthew Van Houten all but called Jane Doe a liar today. He said that in Doe's initial statement, she described "her participation in drug use and sexual conduct as voluntary, conscious, and consensual.” CONSENSUAL

Kushner isn’t “on the other side of the aisle”. He holds no elected or confirmed office. He’s the President’s oligarch son-in-law enriching himself at the trough that the Democrats are happy to fill. Jeffries is a quisling and a coward.

Aaron Rupar@atrupar.com

Jeffries defends his meeting with Kushner: "I'm of the view that if we're going to be committed to actually solving problems on behalf of the American people ... they're are gonna be times that you have to speak with people on the other side of the aisle. Even people you strongly disagree with."

Georgia deserves better. Better than pro-war, pro-tariff, pro-cutting your health care Trump puppet Mike Collins. And America deserves better than Donald Trump.
