Less pointing out he's wrong, more pointing him towards a guillotine.

I’m seeing people reacting by pointing out that he’s obviously wrong. I appreciate that, but it’s also a pointless exercise. The problem isn’t that he’s wrong. The problem is that this is normal in American politics — and it’s been normal for a while.

Deeply depressing. The media is making this a race, but Bradford has nothing to offer the city. He's been my councilor for years and done next to nothing for us while flipping on most of his own opinions and focusing on being the "not Chow". Absolute dogwater candidate.

A new poll from Mainstreet showing Chow’s lead shrinking to just +3 over Bradford has finally shifted City Hall Watcher's projection. Chow’s still favoured, but there’s some movement toward Bradford. We’ll see if it keeps up. projection.cityhallwatcher.com/polls/

Insanely leftist ideas today: "What if people could get and live off of one full time job?"

I truly, deeply, sincerely do think the guy flipping burgers at McDonalds should be able to afford rent, bills, and groceries with his paycheck alone. That's kind of the whole point of having a job and I can't believe this is considered a radical position.🤷🏽‍♀️

I'm watching Dirty Dancing for the first time. The douchebag asshole waiter just whipped out a copy of the Fountainhead. This is incredible.

“M is for…” My Boyfriend is a Bear by Pamela Ribon and Cat Farris …don’t laugh. This book is actually incredibly charming. Don’t underestimate it, because it is such a genuine story about love, relationships, and their ups and downs and pressures, and that special feeling of finding your “one”

This is literally what I've been writing and podcasting about for years. I was planning to do an essay on this, but here's a 🧵. The main reason is psychology. Due to personal, family, and cultural histories, some people are inherently scared of the world.

Guillermo del Toro on wealth: "a wealthy man is a man who has enough, not a man that needs more. If you have enough to invite someone for a beer? You're rich. If you have a yacht, planes, islands, and you still need more? You're not rich."
