The deployment of the National Guard in DC is illegal. We are back in court this morning arguing against the continued presence of thousands of armed troops in our city. We're staying in this fight because the US military should not be policing American citizens anywhere in America — including DC.

ICE once again using releases as an opportunity to murder people of color. They "released" a mentally-impaired woman into freezing temperatures in the middle of nowhere without adequate clothing. She froze to death. That's not an 'accident.' That was pre-meditated murder.
