Grateful that there's still enough life in the Internet left that we get something as incredible and delightful as this pudding.cool/2026/10/kevi...

For the immersive #DataViz idea.

Do you believe in life after death? This is a great interactive piece by Alvin Chang about people’s beliefs about the existence of an afterlife and how those beliefs change over the course of our lifetimes. [pudding.cool]

This is insanely good

Door 1, 2, or 3? 🚪✨ Explore a room of thousands of humans wrestling with whether there is an afterlife—and see how religion, culture, and aging changes where we stand in the room. pudding.cool/2026/10/life...

This piece is so cool. pudding.cool/2026/06/mow/

This chart shows that we're teaching more abstract words to ESL students compared to 1953. My untested theory: This why my parents and I use English to talk about physical things but Korean to talk about feelings and thoughts. pudding.cool/2026/07/esse...

The ethical duty to understand large numbers, from @ashendruk.com. My irrational hot take: We should say $1,400 million instead of $1.4 billion. www.not-ship.com/large-number...

My colleague shared this happiness map, and man, at this moment in time, AM I HERE FOR THIS. pudding.cool/2026/02/happ...

Hey, guys, let's maybe not build this particular dystopic world. Kthx. www.washingtonpost.com/technology/2...

1. People are sending me screenshots of their favorite "happy moments." Delightful. 2. Play with the filters. I think it's the most fun part. 3. There's a fun easter egg in the piece. I don't think anyone has found it.

The world feels quite precarious right now—and sometimes we forget what it feels like to pursue happiness. @alv9n.com digs into a study that asked more than 10,000 people to share their joy. From personal growth to friends and family, here’s our happiness mapped. pudding.cool/2026/02/happ...

I’m so excited to be publishing my first-ever visual essay with @puddingviz.bsky.social: pudding.cool/2026/02/wome... It brings together so many of my recent interests — research, coding, design, and sewing — on a topic that won’t leave me alone: the chaos of women’s clothing sizes.

Few life experiences feel as universal, across generations, as the pains and frustrations of trying to find clothes that fit. In our newest project we dive into the data about women's sizing chaos. pudding.cool/2026/02/wome...

Nice data piece, with a clever use of UN resolution votes. www.theguardian.com/world/ng-int...
